From there, we pull your credit, find the best interest rate for your unique needs, and then provide a list of documents you'll need to bring in and send your loan to the underwriter. We also talk to the closing agent on your behalf. We handle the entire mortgage process for you, taking the stress out of your hands unless there is something we can absolutely not get without your assistance. In most cases, all you have to do is show up for closing.
